Can you PentaMeld my gear?

Yes! Please note that in the comments of the request! We'll use a default set if you do not specify what you would like where.

Can you deliver to my friend?

We can! Please add the username of the recipient in the form when submitting! Just make sure that they are available at the agreed meet time.

What happens if I miss my meeting time?

Life happens, we get it! If you know that you will miss it ahead of time, please let us know as soon as possible to work with you for a new time! If its more sudden, no worries! We will hold your order for up to 5 days with no penalty! Please note that if you do not alert us of the delay we will assume it to be abandoned and you may not be able to recieve it.

How Many items come with a Gear set?

A Gearset usually consists of a Head, Chest, Legs, Shoes, earrings, bracelet, 2 rings, and a primary and secondary tool. The set counts as ONE ITEM , not as the 9-10 individual items. Please keep that in mind when ordering!

Just how much can I order?

No more than 20 items per order, or for gearsets, no more than 5 gearsets per order

Can I cancel mid-order?

Any orders over 300k GIL require confirmation and a 20% cover charge before work begins. This fee is non-refundable and is collected just before work on your order begins. If you do not respond to the initial confirmation email, your order will be closed automatically at no charge.
